Pet Rent

• Nonrefundable Pet Deposit is $150 per pet

• Monthly Pet Rent is $38 per Pet. 

• Limit 2 Pets.

Allowable Pets

​

Our pet policy allows domestic dogs and cats only. Small aquariums 10 gallons or less are also permitted. We reserve the right to refuse any animal, particularly those restricted by home insurance policies listed herein.

• Bull Mastiffs

• Staffordshire Terriers

• Dobermans

• German Shepherds

• Boxers

• Malamutes

• Huskies

• Dalmatians

• Chow Chows

• Fila Brasileiros

• Wolf hybrid

• Farm animals or exotic pets such as horses, cows, pigs, sheep, goats, lamas, chickens, ducks, alligators, Racoons, monkeys, etc.  

 

All pets must be listed on your renters insurance policy.

Service Animals

​

Service animals may be exempt from security deposits and additional rents. Nevertheless, Residents requiring such animals must complete and are not exempt from the policies outlined in our Pet Addendum. Additionally, attestation will be required.

Community Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions

 

Certain properties governed by an HOA or other bylaws may impose additional rules and/or restrictions.
